THE CHANG NOI was created in 1994. In 2009 we were awarded by Prince Charles 'runners up' to the best takeaway in the UK.
Dishes do not include rice or a side dish. Not all Thai food is hot & spicy, stir fries and some curries are very mild, some are not spicy at all.
